Some paths in life are chosen while others seem to choose us. I never set out to become a QHHT Practitioner – this journey found me. 

Looking back, I can see how every chapter of my life was leading me to this work. I believe that before I came into this life, I made choices about my purpose. When I closed many chapters, I was finally ready for a new one – one of healing, transformation, and deep spirituality. That’s when my higher self guided me to  Quantum Healing Hypnosis, and it completely changed my life. 

Daily meditation awakened me in ways I never expected. It felt like my soul had been waiting for this moment, and I knew without a doubt that this was what I was  meant to do.

Every time I facilitate a session, I am reminded that this work is far greater than any one of us. The answers, the healing, the insights – they are already inside of you. My role is simply to guide you there, to hold space for your highest self to come forward and reveal what you need to know. You are the healer. You are the one with all the answers. I just help unlock the door.

No two sessions are ever the same. Some explore past lives, some connect with higher realms, and some receive deep emotional or physical healing. No matter what happens, the subconscious will always reveal exactly what you’re ready for.
